T.M.U.W. is dedicated to serve the youth and returning citizens through a practical approach by understanding their needs. We accomplish this through, mentorships, vocational training, and breaking down barriers and equipping them with the skills and support they need to thrive.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to stop the prison pipeline in our community by helping those released to come out to a system to make them whole again in society. To give kids something to do and show them we are a community that cares about their well-being, health, and future. Tagline – Making them Whole!

Career Exploration and Guidance

We provide resources and support to help youth explore various career options and make informed decisions about their future. This includes career counseling, job shadowing experiences, networking events, and workshops on resume building and interview skills.

Personal Development Workshops

We organize workshops and seminars that focus on personal development skills, including communication, leadership, emotional intelligence, and resilience. These programs empower youth to build self-confidence, make informed decisions, and develop a strong sense of self-worth.
